5.1 Operation Checking Procedure & Basic Fault Identification

Make sure the gas

supply is turned ON

and check if other

gas appliances are

operating (e.g. fire,

cooker). If the

property has a

prepayment meter

ensure it has

sufficient credit.

If no gas, consult

your supplier.
